Delivered my card with care, I really appreciated the effort that went into packaging in order to ensure the card would not be damaged in transit. Can’t stand sellers who skimp on packaging, especially when purchasing expensive cards. This seller is top notch in my book, other sellers should take note. Purchase with confidence, this merchant is A+ in my book. Will be purchasing more from them in the future.

Seller was sure he put card into letter, and my claim request was, in hindsight not written the best. I explained my error. Seller I believe thought I was full of it, but I don't blame him, as i would have thought the same. Seller did send replacement and communicated well. I have placed over 1200 orders in the last 12 months, almost all of them no issue.
