    Unfortunately, my experience with this seller was disappointing. The part I received was damaged while that in itself can be understandable with used parts, the damage was not disclosed in the listing, nor was it shown in any close-up photos. When I reached out to resolve the issue, the seller was rude and unwilling to work toward a fair solution. I would caution others to be very careful when purchasing from this seller. Be sure to examine all photos closely be aware of his listing.

    We accept returns. Customer's best offer was keeping the part for a 60% refund. While the customer is partially correct, there wasn't a close-up photo of a ding, he failed to mention it was seen in the photos and this part is completely covered once installed on the vehicle. When we wouldn't cave to his threats and unreasonable demands, all the while offering various reasonable solutions, customer just kept the part and slandered us here instead. Thank you for your feedback.
