Im not blaming the seller stuff happens and there's know way anyone could know unless you went threw and physically tested them all. I messaged the seller and she got back to me promptly about returning the thermostat and before I even had it packaged and sent back and new one was sitting on my porch. Would definitely recommend this seller, and thank you for making things right quickly. 👍

Package received no signs of damage or mishandled by carrier. Shipping via USPS proved to be a different story as the package traveled only 525 miles it took nearly 2 weeks not the fault of the seller they were very cooperative and willing to go above and beyond ready to send a replacement for the one ordered. The package was stranded in two different distribution centers and set there.
