I received this item and discovered some scratches which were not disclosed in the product description so I contacted the seller. He replied promptly and explained he missed this defect and willing to issue a partial refund per my request. It's handled right away and I'm very satisfied with how this is resolved. I do love the item and will have no issues buying from the same seller.

It said in the listing that it would ship next day excluding Sundays. I ordered on a Saturday. Didn’t ship till Tuesday. I do feel like a quick email could’ve saved frustration. Otherwise a decent transaction. Pleased with the price.
