I contacted an Overhead Door installer, and he confirmed that it would not work on my door. The vendor sent me an RMA and refunded my payment. I am well pleased with the vendor and highly recommend them.

FedEx messed up the delivery and I never received the original package. The seller was so incredibly responsive and sent out a replacement which was delivered and I am quite happy with it
