The price point was perfect, they shipped my item quickly, and her packaging was excellent! USPS lost the package for about a month, which wasn't in any way the seller's fault. The only reason I mention it is because they took so much time and care in calling USPS and ensuring it got to me! EXCELLENT and WONDERFUL seller! Gorgeous doll! The item I received isn't the one shown in the listing's photos. The horn is smaller, the hair is matted but I think it can be salvaged. Pros: The item was wrapped and packaged well and arrived securely. The seller responded quickly to questions and had great communication. Otherwise, its in great condition: no tears, stains or smells.
