The game itself - although not new - was in perfectly playable condition. The seller still replied to me regarding the packaging as it affected the appearance of the original game carton. The seller resolved the issue 100%. Will definitely buy again from this seller if items match our needs. My mistake. The seller replied to my complaint today offering a full refund of my purchase. Since the game itself was perfectly playable (only the box was damaged), I did not expect any type of compensation. I very much appreciate the seller reaching out to me and offering compensation. But none is necessary.
