The item arrived in excellent condition and was As Described on website: Brand new, unused and in manufacturer packaging. The appearance seemed fine, but I’m not sure on the quality as I haven’t removed it from the box yet. Hoping it will work well. I think this purchase is a decent value for the price paid. I didn't realize it at the time of placing order, I needed the ribbed nonroll elastic, not the nonroll woven as described. My fault and not the seller's and they do not accept returns.
