Never received an apology, made it seem like I didn't know what how cameras work. The model I received sells all over ebay for 1/2 what they charged, but I need true IR.

The appearance seemed fine, but I’m not sure on the quality as I haven’t removed it from the box yet. Hoping it will work well. I think this purchase is a decent value for the price paid.
