    When requested, seller provided an additional, albeit not very helpful photo of the wheel. I took a chance and ordered anyway. The wheel arrived loosed in a cardboard box but apparently no worse for the wear. It appears to be in as-described condition, that is, a bit scruffy but useable. I'll know more when I have it mounted.
