I Checked with the seller and he said it got lost in the mail (an excuse he used on prior occasion) He canceled my order and issued me a refund without any explanation to me. He stated if I still wanted the item I would have to reorder it! This is really bad business. I would not recommend this seller under any circumstance. In rare occasions like these if a buyer reaches out to me I will reship their order because they paid for a decal and didn't receive it. However, the buyer here requested a refund due to non-receipt AND a free decal. I understand the refund, which I instantly returned, but also wanting a free decal on top? Come on now, be reasonable.
