To me it shows they care and strive to do the best they can to make sure buyer have good experience. Item was packaged well and not damaged . The item is just like the one shown in the photos on the website, except the one I received didn't have the metal clasp on the front. Fortunately, I was able to replace it with a piece I had. The bag was reasonably priced. The item arrived well packaged. A good purchase, but I recommend the seller double-check the items before shipping.
