    Item was exactly as in description. It arrived in good condition, well-packed in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Seller was unable to test item (due to no remote) but was willing to plug it in and see if it came on, so helpful. Amp works perfectly, many thanks, seller! Excellent value too.     The product is original, brand new, in excellent condition. Good packaging. Most importantly, the delivery company failed to deliver in first instance, returning it to the seller. He called me, yes, picked up the phone and called me, no other eseller has done this in the past. He dispatched it again, was delivered to the wrong address.     Received item quickly, as described and packaged well, after powering on the unit I did notice some minor crackling and popping sounds when turning the volume control knob. However this issue is not serious enough to warrant returning the product back to the seller for a refund, all the satellite speakers and subwoofer are working well and outputting a good strong sound. Decent communication from seller, A+ service, recommended.
