Seller forgot that once I have paid for the item, it belongs to me and deserves respect. I realize that shipping cost of 7.65 is a bargain, but more care could have been taken. However, the tracking said I received the shoes on Sept 18th,2025. However, the USPS decided to deliver them to my neighbor, who does not know me (in a box number mixup), and report to eBay tracking that I received the shoes ("Delivered"). So no chance to get a refund from eBay. My neighbor kept the shoes (unopened) for 12 days without any communication. I received the shoes on Sept 30th, 2025. Thank you, Antonia.
