The packing was horrible and all 12 stoneware mugs arrived broken. When I requested a refund it took the seller over week to respond. The seller said they would refund my money and never did. Fortunately eBay sided with me and issued a refund to me.

I bought planner pages as a birthday gift to my niece, after a week and a couple days I checked to see why I never got her gift.. well it was bc it was never shipped!! I contacted seller and asked her to cancel bc at this point her birthday was in 2 days and it hasn't even been dropped off at the post office and there was no way it would be here in time.
