The product appears to be in good shape, and the window goes up and down as needed. Just had to re-calibrate the driver side switch to get the automatic up and down feature to work. Good thing it looks like UPS placed something heavy on top of my package. The glovebox wasn't damaged. The pictures of the item were accurate and as described. The used glovebox was less than half the cost of a new one and was a good value. Shipping was quick. I will buy from this seller again if I need parts for my vehicle.
