But they genuinely surprised me—next-day delivery via Evri, completely free. That kind of speed and care is rare these days. Even better, they included a shifting cable and end cap with the shifter—no extra charge, no fuss. It’s clear they actually care about their customers and go the extra mile. Amazing service all around. Highly recommended.
