He was extremely responsive. Our window was even more beautiful than was described. Chris’s work is amazing and it was worth every penny. I was given a informational email on how to care for my piece, unpack the piece and how to clean it in the years to come. Even the shipping crate was a work of art. The project was both intricate and heavy and was delivered in perfect condition.
