Laptop was OK, but when I type my email address in to send an email, only half the characters show up. I have to hammer on half the keys to get them to register. Not a useful laptop for traveling, have to take an external keyboard and mouse all the time. Every single one of the keys was tested and worked, along with all other components. I even upgraded the RAM per the buyer's request. Their job not allowing personal laptops is an irrelevant complaint, as well as not needing it anymore, or using a mouse instead of the trackpad. 🙄

This is the third computer I have purchased from him ( my cat urinated on one and ruined it :( Pixel -junkie was kind and prompt in his help and got my replacement computer out right away. He packs them quite well and has always been prompt in sending them to me and helping me when I have had questions...
