There was a small issue with the product. It was a plugin battery charger for a R/C car battery. The charger still worked and I was able to repair it. They offered to send me half of the money back as a refund and I excepted. Things sometimes happen. It’s how the seller responds that matters to me. I will buy again from them. I will highly recommend this seller to anyone.
