The purchase price was a good value. Shipping was fast, and the mail packaging was very sufficient to protect the item. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Seller A+++!

Had to return it however, the seller communicated with me and apologized for the mistake. I do not hold it against the seller. The seller refunded me my money and offered to resend the proper copy but we were not able to do businessas I purchased the movie elsewhere do only to the fact I didn’t wanna wait for the return funds and then a re-purchase. But the seller did me solid and I’m sure would have sent the correct item. I would work with him again. The return process is longer if a buyer contacts Ebay and opens a case. If the buyer would have contacted me direct, I could have avoided the hassle of the return and simply sent him the correct version at no cost, since I am human and made that error. Once Ebay gets involved my hands are tied and I have to follow the return rules. It is always best to contact the seller direct if you have an issue. Buyer was pleasant about this also.
