I have experience reburbishing some consoles so I took it apart and cleaned it in and out, but reached out to them. They got back to me immediately and sent me a new pin connector even though I got it to work again. Probably one of the best ebay communication I ever had with a seller, and went beyond to try to make things right even though they didnt have to with me fixing the very minor issue.

System was as pictured, and board was the model listed for the selected system. Everything was clean and functional.
