Most importantly, the delivery company failed to deliver in first instance, returning it to the seller. However this issue is not serious enough to warrant returning the product back to the seller for a refund, all the satellite speakers and subwoofer are working well and outputting a good strong sound. Decent communication from seller, A+ service, recommended.
