Maybe buyer got our item confused with another purchase from a different seller but we did try to reach out with no reply. We encourage buyer to work with sellers; we are not the only seller on the receiving end as their feedback left for others indicates a trend. Sorry they are unhappy with purchase but we did everything we could.
