The seller described the two times tele converter perfectly, but being new to the system, I required a different converter from Owen systems. I had to return the converter to the seller, and although the seller was going to charge me a restocking fee, which was fair, the seller reduced the stocking fee by 50%, which is very much appreciated. The shipping and packaging and value proposition were excellent.
