I had to epoxy it back together and hope that it holds. The box was not damaged and it had Styrofoam around it, with no damage. Makes me think it was broken when it got packaged. If it does not hold, I will see if I can replace the rail on the side under the timer. If not I will be pretty upset.

Unfortunately upon arrival, one of the pieces was damaged, and it was missing the steam mop pads. Seller offered a 50% refund for me to just keep the product which I accepted, I can use some of that to buy the pads and see if the supplier can send me a new piece that broke.
