I opened the concealer 5 days after the return window closed. The new bottle was empty. Maybe it was used or a factory error. I'll never know because this "seller" DID NOT RESPOND to my message. An "honest" seller would have offered to replace the defective item in the spirit of good customer service or given a credit. Greedy sellers don't care about the buyer as long as they can KEEP YOUR MONEY! Grade: --FAIL

USPS had been having widespread delays and I knew it to be true being that another seller I’d purchased from the same time as I purchased from this seller, was also delayed the same amount of time. Thank you for all your help and effort.
