In fact, the pictures look as though there were some light scuffing/smudging on the discs but the discs arrived pristine. The seller's communication was nonexistent. I asked about the apparent scuffs because it was listed as "like new." I gave them 48 hours with no response. I purchased it anyway as they were on the DVD's and I only cared about the blu-rays.
