A few days ago I received a label and no parcel with a letter from the USPS that said item was damaged. I, told the seller and expected a refund as I understand it is the USPS problem to get me my parcel BUT it is also the sellers responsibility to make sure labels, packages, etc are ready and stable for shipping!
