The seller was helpful and responded quickly. I offered to return it back to them since it wasn't what I ordered but they let me keep it and still shipped me the original item I had bought. Both times they arrived sooner than the expected. I'm satisfied with the item. It's new, great quality and authentic. Packaged well.
