I thought there weren't subtitles at first but there are subtitles - an absolute necessity!! Everything got lost with my recent move so l'm thrilled to have 'Death in Paradise' again!!

The seller issued a refund right away after I contacted them about the issues. I offered to return the set since it was no good to me and they said there was no need to return. Shipping was very fast and was packaged well. Unfortunately sometimes there are problems with discs, as was the case with these. It is not the seller's fault. It is just something that happens. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you.

The vendor is a polite and easy to work with if a problem arises as did with my delivery address. He refunded the original order due to ebay mistake with the delivery address and got my second order sent out as quickly as could be expected.
