Seller took care of this matter immediately upon being contacted, issuing a full credit and insisted that I keep the defective unit instead of returning it. I ordered a replacement as this was no fault of the seller. I haven't received the replacement yet, but I am hopeful that it will not have any issues. Excellent communication and customer service.
