Seller agreed to ship me another if i revised my feedback and explained that they had run out if stock in the usa. So i am revising to positive but have found another issue. The description says the item is brass but it is painted or brass toned aluminum but i guess you get what you pay for. He also offered to send me another stick because of the problem with tip of the one I received. Although according to EBAY I cannot rescind the negative feedback I believe the seller acted in a responsible manner in the end.
- *****- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Últimos 6 mesesCompra verificadaI'm going to give this a positive rating because the seller solved the shipping issue (it took 25 days to arrive), and I am aware that ALOT of change has been happening with tariffs and duties...but I did ALL of the communicating to resolve this. no tracking # until after two inquires...you need to do better with communication.
