Camera should have been priced at 50.$ considering I bought a base to replace the broken one for 38.$ from simply safe. Unfortunately I cannot replace the lens, I was told I would have to purchase another camera. The package was also damaged and in poor condition. I have bought open box and refurbished before but never like this. I believe the seller was misinformed. For these cameras we can assure you none of our open box cameras have scratches lens as we check thoroughly - there may be small scratches on the front face (not lens) which is cosmetic only and does not impact picture quality. The should also have not been broken but we have parts in stock for free replacements, thank you and please contact us any time

I now realize I have a bad dimm slot on my motherboard. I asked to return the stick I thought was bad and the seller sent a label and shipped me a new stick as soon as he received the one I returned. So, I received a good product, safely packaged, at the best price I could find, and the seller was super accommodating - even though I was wrong.
