The packaging was difficult to open and hard to get inside, plus a few things on the wheelchair came not screwed on right, but my caregiver and I managed to fix that and build it okay in the end. Shipping was very expensive and had to reschedule the first time, plus needed a lot of help from my caregiver to do it, but otherwise great. Saving this seller for sure for future purchases and recommend highly!
