I assumed the bag had the remainder of parts like the chain that is included with other bare tools. So for the saw missing the chain I gave the seller four stars. I sent message the seller a message about two weeks ago with no response yet. The shipping box was strong, but saw was not well protected inside. The tool is very sturdy and showed no signs of damage.

However, item was shipped quickly and arrived on time. It was new and as described. Did not have tags as pictures listed, but I’m fine with no tags. It is a new item and not a return from yeti I can at least tell that. I would gladly give seller a high rating for promptly sending item that I purchased.
