I replaced a failed Toshiba internal drive that lasted about 7 years. Not sure how much longer I can keep this old Apple working but I've upgraded a lot of memory, graphics, internal storage and parts. They shipped it very quickly and it was well packed.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.

Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future.
