Every side of the box that the glassware was sent in was labelled with the the words, “Fragile” and “Glass,” so there was to be no doubt that the contents needed to be handled with care. Inside, the glasses were individually wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by packing peanuts. Unfortunately one of the glasses broke in transport but I contacted him and he refunded the item immediately. I would definitely purchase items from him again.
