Shipping via FedEx was not the seller’s fault….but it took a ridiculously long time to ship this item…tracking from FedEx would go MIA for 24hrs+, pkg only moved one state at a time…. Item sounds great, fully functional.

The shipping box was not as strong as I would have liked and cushioning was adequate. The condition of the receiver not exactly as described but did function well overall. I contacted the seller about a couple of issues with the receiver and he offered a credit refund that I though reasonable. I reached out to the seller...my sense is that he may have pulled some strings to get it their on Saturday-3 days. This was perfect because my family was not their and it take nearly half of the day to install. Man it sounded soooo sweet. Great price great product as described and better smelled brand new.
