I had determined that this was a factory flaw no fault of the sellers.Upon notifying the seller about it they immediately sent me another brand new one, which worked flawlessly. The seller being very honest and with stellar communication, there would be no queston that i would buy from again. Thank you again for making it right.

The items were well packed and there was no damage due to shipping. All items were as advertised. BIOS updates and OS installations went without issues. Have not tried the unit yet will up date at a later if anything found wrong. To this point very happy with the unit an looking forward to using it. Shipping time was perfect and experience was excellent.
