(They have used this excuse before) Only a label created. I personally verified with FedEx that the item was cancelled by the shipper and never received by FedEx. Was going to let it slide until, I went to question an item they had listed and they have BLOCKED ME. I will add that it is appreciated, since it will prevent me from accidentally purchasing from this dishonest seller in the future.
