Communication with the seller was great throughout, and my payment was refunded in full (the seller is filing a claim with the post office). I'm giving the seller an excellent review despite my disappointment that my purchase never arrived - it wasn't her fault.

I would purchase from this shop again. It was a tiny bit hard to put on but that's no fault of the seller.
