Had some problems with FedEx but the seller was very willing to work with me to sort it out, even offering to send a replacement before FedEx had officially declared it lost. But luckily, it ended up showing up just before that was sent and I received the bike well packaged and in great condition. This is an amazing deal from a great seller.
