After pressing on the matter the buyer cancelled my purchase without my authorization. Please see pictures of my communication. I would stay away or only buy items they are 100% confident on. After carefully rewatching the Pawn Stars episode this was indeed a different ring so I dodged a bullet. The listing is still active.
