Before installing the 10K RPM st9600204ss model HDD, you can back up all your valuable information to an alternative storage device. Any damage to the hard drive during the process can corrupt files. Add the 600GB Seagate Savvio SAS 10K RPM hard drive for speed and use an external SSD for more storage. You can increase to a Seagate Technology ST9600204SS SAS hard drive with more than 600GB of storage, or instead of more capacity, you can add more speed with a 15K or save energy with 7,500 RPMs instead of 10K.
