Since data centers are online almost constantly, users need a hard drive that can stand up to the test. The HP 300GB, Internal, 15k RPM, 2.5" (627117-B21) SAS HDD allows for multiple simultaneous users, expansion potential, safe storage, and constant growth while in operation. The hard drive disk is ideal for a number of uses, including database applications, analytics, business applications, transaction processing, and high-performance computing. This means that this processor has the ability to work with a number of server types. It is efficient, and while small in physical size, it provides the power and storage capabilities necessary for a moderate server to run smoothly. The drives type is hot-swap and the interface type is serial attached SCSI. The data transfer rate is 600 Mbps. The transfer rate is synchronous, and 6 GB/s is the maximum transfer rate. The seek time, including settling, is typical reads and includes an average of 4.0 ms. The single track is 0.20 ms, and the full-stroke is 7.45 ms. The HP 300GB, Internal, 15k RPM, 2.5" (627117-B21) SAS HDD has a SAS 6GB/s interface and a capacity of 300 GB. These hard drives are ideal for 4KiB aligned applications and operating systems. With legacy 512K native applications, this processor is able to support these applications and OS. The hard disk drives are lightweight, weighing in at approximately one pound. The dimensions for this processor are 3.1 inches in width, 0.63 inches in height, and 5.45 inches in depth.
