NIB item was exactly as described in the listing. Excellent communication. I'd definitely buy from this seller again! One thing, though: Janome has a strict warranty program. If you don't buy from one of their dealers, you can't register for the warranty. Not a deal breaker for me but it might be for some. It required a change to the Janome web site to add an “other” option to the dealer selections. This machine has been registered, and the warranty is fully valid. Dave went above and beyond to make sure I could register my new machine with Janome to get the warranty. They changed their website due to his persistence, and I was finally able to register for the warranty. Seriously, buy your next machine from him if you don't live near a dealer, because he really does put his customers first.
