They stated they had requirements from eBay about how many days they have to ship the package. I requested that I be contacted once the vinyl was found and relisted so that I could repurchase the vinyl. The seller did just that and within a few minutes of relisting, I had repurchased the item. Thus, all is good. This is a decent seller. I recommend them because they keep their word.
