I was expecting a bit of a delay but it arrived far earlier than my expectations. I've had a bit of time to test the drive and absolutely no problems, resilvered my ZFS array and passed a long SMART test with no issues. Great experience with this seller as always.

I was able to return it and get a full refund right away. I then happily put that money back into another (correct) drive from them. Thanks!

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.

Upon powering the drive up I saw it had some bad sectors. I started a return, and the Server Part Deals people were very friendly and issued a refund promptly. While the specific drive I ordered had issues, I would still buy from the seller again in the future.
