I informed them of the problem and they offered a $5 refund which still leaves me with blemished/mismatched glasses. I declined and because I did not have the original bag they came in they could not be returned. I've reached out numerous times for a way to resolve the problem but just keep getting ignored. I am a business owner myself and would never let my own screw up be the customers problem. No good
